What a fun weekend we've had! It got off to a perfect start for me on Thursday morning when I took my second big lecture exam in biology...I made a 99!!! The class average was a 70. Gotta love those odds for getting into the nursing program next fall. With that off my chest I could focus on cleaning the house and waiting for my mother and mother-in-law to arrive. We all had a great visit and the boys were thrilled to have them around, we went to the school's Fall Festival on Friday night and then Saturday was Tyler's party at JumpZone. The adults had as much fun as the kids. We all went down the big slide, screaming all the way. I had no idea how steep and fast it was! Needless to say, despite all the fun, I'm kinda glad to have another party weekend behind me so I can get back on track and get ready for a new week with school, kids, church, studying, writing a few papers, and basically having no life to speak of other than the above mentioned things. Haha. But Tyler had a great birthday and Evan's asking daily how many more days until his birthday b/c all this attention Ty's gotten the last week is killing the little attention hound. It's hard to believe September is over now and we're digging out our Halloween pumpkins so I don't suppose it'll be long at all before we're digging out the Christmas decor' and planning Evan's birthday, too. Somewhere in between their over-worked and under-appreciated mom will be turning 30 but we won't talk about THAT birthday! Let's just stick with the kids. They're cuter anyway.
