. o O Update O o .

Here's a shot of Tyler #12 running for the ball during warm-ups a few weeks ago. I need to take more pics of him tomorrow at his game. He's really enjoying basketball and he's come a long way! He's never played before, wanted to give it a go, and he's enjoyed it. He wants to play spring soccer but I told him no b/c of his grades. (It sucks to have a kid so smart but so lazy.) Evan wants to play soccer so I may let him b/c he's never asked to play anything before, just football this coming fall, and I think Evan will be great at sports. Tyler's had his turn so Evan's gonna get to play next.

So today is Friday which is my catch-up day. I just took the kids to school and have come home and having a little time for myself to get my thoughts and "stuff" in order for the weekend and upcoming week. I have some running around to do today, gotta take the boys for a haircut this afternoon then we're having a playdate this evening w/ one of my best friends and his kids.

School is going well. I made a 110 on my first psychology test and a 98 on my first anatomy test of the semester. I'm doing alright in math right now, at least I'm on pace (self-paced course) but I'll be struggling to stay that way probably. It kills me that I can make all A's in any class you give me, as long as it doesn't involve numbers, especially numbers and letters together. What a joke.

The boys are doing great, they're healthy and happy and I couldn't ask for more than that. I'm on Ty hard about his schoolwork and he's on restriction from some of his favorite things here at home right now. Ev's teacher keeps telling me what an amazing reader Evan is, she said he's also a math wiz and I'm just praying Ev will be a better student as far as work and all goes than Ty's been! Ty has a field trip next Friday that I get to go on; a lot of times I can't do things w/ them anymore b/c of my school but they're going to DeSoto Caverns next Friday so I get to go! He is so happy about that. Next year in 5th grade he'll have the chance to go to Washington D.C. for a week, I seriously don't see me being able to go with him, so I'm not sure he'll want to go.

That's about all I've got to report for now. Check back with me soon for updates!
